What happens when a number is busy or there is no answer?

You will not be charged for busy or no-answer messages.  When creating messages, you can choose to have AlertFirst automatically retry that number.  You can choose how many times the system retries each phone, and how long to wait between each retry.  You can have a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 8 retry attempts. You’ll also be able to choose anywhere from 1 to 210 minutes between each retry.
